The interest in communicative problems on the part of representatives various scientific fields is largely explained by fact that communication can be considered a necessary and general condition human life one fundamental foundations society’s existence.The purpose article to study competence older preschool children with special educational needs.When communicating needs, educator must take into account their capabilities, is, what form child capable of, then gradually complicate content means communication. A competent approach formation needs involves task developing dialogue skills. An important children’s world people, conscious attitude towards themselves as individuals. Ways communication, or skills, are actions which expresses his peers process playing at same time influences them. Communicative preschoolers ability establish maintain relationships others, well combine knowledge, abilities skills for quality development should aimed meeting specific child, and, accordingly, create an environment.Further research will concern social emotional needs.
